Nice work Marc! I will see how mine hold an alignment this summer, and if they suck, I will come back to this. I will tack the tabs though. Those tables are sweet too, that looks way easier than I thought it would be, making the actual adjustment would have me worried though. I would think it is more of a guessing game at this point, take an educated guess on the adjustment and check?

Essentially yes. 1/4 inch of thread = .5° caster is all I know for sure. I'll be adjusting the passenger upper this weekend to match the driver.yes the adjustment is no fun bit once you get it done you're set for a long while...

Spent the day getting the alignment dialed. Pulled the arms off the truck a total of 5 times to dial it in...

I got it locked in at 2.6* caster on drivers side and 2.7* caster on passenger side.

Camber is set at +.2* passenger and +.3* driver side.

Here's a few pictures showing how different the two arms are set to get the same alignment numbers on both sides.

    Passenger side:

I'm digging the idea of solid lowers and heimed uppers. Especially with all the seized cams I keep seeing around here and the road salt.

Now to find a way for a +2 kit and solid mount lowers.

    Here you go :D

Really liking it so far now that the alignment is dialed in. Not that it feels much different than before but the solid lower is nice piece of mind in a way.

Hmmm so the only thing making your dirt kings a solid lower is the square tabs locking them in?

That's how I felt with my 4.88's set up by ECGS! I thought for sure they were indestructible on my 33's after all the abuse I gave them in Moab and the dunes... that is until they blew up over Christmas...:frusty: Now I guess I have to wheel more conservatively...

    Correct.

You should also run cam tab gussets if your solid mounting.

Hey, I'm just trying to spread the love. I can't always be the guy breaking whit at meets!

FYI for others. Found these guys for turntables and toe jigs. Haven't look at any reviews yet though.

    Hey now...

Yep pretty much, works well with the TC gussets. The tabs are from LSK.

I did see those and thought about it.

So I broke my right rear tail light last fall when I took my tent/rack off the truck... Broke the lens and the water that got into the light after fried everything inside :pout: Finally bit the bullet and ordered new tails. Took 10 min to install these, really nice aftermarket units. From "Depo" lights. $130 was prety cheap imo. And I got blacked out versions  All lights working again :woot:

    Old, unbroken drivers side:

'09 for that style tail light. Those look great, like the blacked out look.
