I'm assuming your King's have a swaybar relocate with the RR bracket? I was having a popping noise for a while and the swaybar relocate fixed it. Apparently the swaybar was hitting the spring perch.

I've got to be at the public meetings for our Notice of Intent to mine and conduct an environmental impact study on the 8th until 6ish. After that i'm gonna head to christina trail head and spend the night there. I'll either wake up early and meet you on the trail as ya'll are coming out or just wait for you to get to the trailhead and join the clan from there for shoshone. Jen can't make it, she has to be at a training on friday :( so i'll be ridn solo.

Yea, skids are coming earlier than I thought they might... I dont want to drag all the way to shoshone on my t-case and frame lol. I'm also tired of rolling over rocks and just puckering and hoping I don't scrape, shits mentally taxing in itself! I wanted to ask you also, do you use the dupli-color bed armor or bed coating? one is in the blue can and one is in a black can...? Was thinking of using that on the skids. What do you prime with? I normally use the rustolium primer...

I don't even notice the body roll anymore :D Got used to driving civilized on the road and with a bit of preload the coilovers handle the roll pretty well!

We may or may not camp at the trail head of Christina..but ill leave a note or so,ething if we don't. Ill keep my cb on and maybe we can pick you up when you roll in.

And yes..Shoshone was horribly taxing to me due to that right there. I don't have a bell skid..but not worried about that. Glad I have the others.

We use dupilcolor bed armor I believe. Blue can.

Also I hadn't thought about it until now but the superbumps contact the LCA way earlier than stock which I think is helping with the percieved body roll as well.

Sounds good. I'll leave it on 22 and have my 5 footer on so I should pick you up.

Yea I couldnt really find a rear diff skid I could get before this trip so i'll just hope the yote rear diff is beefy enough for minor scrapage...

The stuff I saw today was called bed coating in the blue can and bed ARMOR in the black can lol. The stuff you use have a wrinkle finish?

It's not a wrinkly as real bed armor. It's the blue can stuff. All my dads stuff and mine armor was painted with it when you saw it.

The diff is very stout. It the rear part that isn't. So when ever your backing up in a rough spot make sure some one is watching. Should be fine otherwise. You scrap it up a lot. I did. But it'll be fine.

Good deal, then all I need to worry about is that rear diff backing up. The rest is game for the beaver-belly slide! :woot:

I'll grab the blue can stuff then. The sliders are holding up well paint wise but I wouldn't mind something a bit more solid coating wise for the minor scratches. Ugh painting is one of my least favorite things to do... If I had proper setup to paint i'd probably like it but back yard rattle can just makes me angry. Probably cuz I cant get it perfect lol

Ya well the whole point is because you can just spray on more cause no matter it's gonna get scratched. Haha

I never mind it. I kinda like painting.
