here are a few quick ones. Been a long two days getting this done right... Few minor issues during install, such as my expo leaf pack being a bit odd, it's limiting my droop by alot for some reason... Had it on the lift and was even hanging on the axle to try and get the shackle to fall forward the last bit but the leaf pack didnt want to go. Shackles are torqued right and nothing is binding besides the leaf pack we came up with. Props to Steve(CBI) for getting it done and making it work! Was a pleasure working with him. The truck rides very plush and the valving seems to be just right, we'll find out for sure when I get it out on some trail soon.

These first two are not drooped axle is sitting on stands while we pulled the bumps out and welded the cans at their final location.

    I like what I see :D

So you are seem to have less droop and uptravel? That is pretty odd. Does the leaf pack need to be broke in a little more to get the extra droop out of it or something?

Let's see some full stuff and droop pics ASAP:popcorn:

Pelfreybuilt shockhoop design. Allows you to run 12" shocks and bump cans.

Thanks guys! Yea i'm not sure what the deal with the pack is. I may have beat it too hard actually... It looks pretty flat at ride height

Monte, I painted the plate and bump stuff black and the hoop I just clear coated cuz it looked pretty but i'm not so sure it will stay that way...

I'm gone for the rest of the week till next tuesday so dont hold your breathe for more pics.

Better droop. It would hurt his up travel though and it would make his leaf go even more neg arch at stuff to try to maintain the original up travel and they would loose arch faster.

i've thought about shackle flip, but i'll be plenty happy if I can just get the current reverse shackle to drop all the way forward honestly, it should give me all I need/want for now, I mean ~11 inches of usable travel is great plus the hydro bumps which are really nice.

no it's probably about ~10 atm. Tyler is getting ~11.5. I've gotta get the tape out and get solid numbers, or just call steve back cuz he took some in setting the bumps and axle tabs right. and yea a call to allpro is on the list of things to do

Thanks Drew :) It wasn't a cheap project by any means but so far (200 mile drive home from install) it's been definitely worth it, controls the weight i've got back their very well :D
