Buy a aftermarket intake and then it’ll work that’s what I did

I was being sarcastic. Should’ve put that smiley face in the end.

Hard to tell the tone from reading a post sometimes.:)

    @Junkhead

    You know...you're right.

I read it as if you were serious...lol.

To be frank, I'm a serious type person anyway...and I felt like you replied in a way I would have...but didn't.

I try not to take this place too serious. People say the darnedest things and they are looking for a response.

Thanks for all the positive comments about our Skewps...you're a good replier in this thing we call TW. :)

EDIT: One week from today is my 1yr anniversary on TW.

I plan on getting this but with it saying TRD Off-Road instead.

    3PqZLs_68476cf10880e39e916922f917ed57691c851b46.jpg

And then get my tailgate to match because it looks like this right now.

    xaZT5E_2589fc25e83053ad8f3a25456f006473a7f05f0d.jpg

But before I go in and get this done I want to figure out something for the sides that ties in the hood and the tailgate. I love my stickers afterall, so I'm going through so many truck decal images to get an idea. The issue is, while I like stickers, at times I like the plain clean look too so I don't want to go overboard.

I get all this done by a local decal shop so they can make anything I want and then professionally apply it because I can't even put an address label on straight.

So, this goes into the column of reasons why I need a supercharger. I can get behind that!

I'm not pro or anti-scoop, but I like the looks of the OR much better. IMO, the best trim if you don't want to move up to a Pro.

I knew a guy here with a black 2001 4.7 tundra that had a factory supercharger on it. He claimed it ran with the older 80-90's vetts.

You know, being a condescending jerk doesn't help your arguments. The fact is, glare happens; I've driven over a million and a half miles over the last 50 years and while I don't experience any adverse glare every day, or even every month for that matter, every now and again it does happen, and when it does, it can be so severe as to render you unable to see what's happening in front of your vehicle, and when that happens, even if it is just for a split second, very bad things can happen.

So, yeah, maybe it is time for you to "man u" and learn you're not super human.

Don't get your panties all wadded up and stop being a Jerk ,calm down. Glare does happen but don't make the worst of it. Its just a little bit of glare from some sunlight off a painted hood scoop, damn dude chill out and calm the F down! If this gets you all worked up maybe you should not drive a truck with a scoop!

Let me guess, you drive a Tacoma with a slushbox and still feel empowered to cast aspersions toward others. Maybe you should be driving a Prius.
