    Can someone tell me the exact dimensions of the bottom opening of the DIN compartment of the Scoche faceplate? I want to put a CB in there and I'm not sure if I have the right size. I need to know the exact size. Thanks in advance.

    Bottom one (for the clock/emergency button module) is 7 7/8 X 1"......it is divided, left side for emergency button and right side for clock....

    The storage compartment opening above that is 7 11/16 Width X 1 7/8 (the depth of this storage bin is 4 X 9/16)

    u'd be better off buying a double din and mounting the radio on top of the cb
