My truck got stuck in my own muddy yard and in my attempts to "free" it, I scraped against my fence. I want to address the damage shown, but I'm not sure how to proceed. How are wrinkles removed? I can't find a thing online anywhere. This can't be a unique circumstance. Am I phrasing it wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.20160709_170440.jpg 20160709_172526.jpg

Ask a couple of decent bodyshops.

I had a much worse door injury. It was actually cheaper to hang and paint a new OE door, transfering over all the internals, than it would have been to re-skin the old door. I was pretty surprised by that.

Keep in mind your truck is 13 yo metallic paint. A match will require quality blend work to look good for a few years. Eventually the old paint will continue to fade and the newer paint will again become obvious in certain lighting.

As for colour matching. I just got a leer cap and it matches my 2004 lunar mist metallic perfect! I was really surprised by that.

Re skinning a door is tricky and time consuming. A pdr guy could help with your door, but not likely get it perfect.

PDR is definitely an option, depending on the cost. I'm finding passenger doors, same year, same paint on Ebay for less than $400. Hmm, might be worth looking into. Thanks for the suggestions!

$400 is worth it imo. As long as they are in good shape. Bolt on and be done. Shipping might be high in a door though.
