Scraping Noise with Rear Brake Drums

    Probably a bit late now, but it sounds like he put your bearings in crooked to begin with. That's why the brake drum would be out of alignment in relation to the rest of the car despite being flush against the hub. The bearing is crooked, which makes the hub crooked, which makes the drum crooked - which causes scraping. THIS is why I would rather watch somebody on youtube and then do it myself... smh
