3 inches, Ray10s, 34s, OVTuning, and driver mod for now.
Been using this trick for almost ten years of working on audio and custom interior work. Start low heat far away and move the gun in a left to right motion and just dont stay in one spot to long.

Only put Armor all on the dash if you don't mind the glare. It drives me crazy, I would rather have the scratch.

Yep. I found out long ago that scratches like this are forever. You may be able to minimize it a bit with a good interior protectant...not ArmorAll, but you will still be able to see it.

Go to your local car dealer and get the name and phone number of their guy who "dyes" (paints) scratches in the interior and seats of cars that are traded in. They will be able to blend that in by mixing the color with their kits. It will be 100% gone!

This. And it protects your entire dash from fading. Personally, I actually prefer the velour dashmats over the dash plastic.

Another vote here for heatgun technique. I use it on our Rav4, very soft plastics in the interior, as well as at work. I have gotten some pretty bad scuffs to disappear from plastic boat trailer fenders and boat consoles with it. Low heat, don´t get too close, and don´t rush it.

If you want to use interior protectants

Klasse is a fine product. Better than 303. Way better.

Either is better than Armor All. Which I haven't actually found a use for yet.

But none will 'repair' a scratch. But could make it less obvious

The reason I said hairdryer and not heat gun is for a first time try a heat gun can get too hot in a hurry and cause more damage than you are trying to fix. Be careful or you will be buying a new dash.

I heard that armor-all is the worse thing you can use on a dashboard or anything inside your car.

Try to find or a buy a few different color dyes that are close online that you can dip a toothpick into and then fill in perhaps...sometimes you have to get creative with a solution...

Yea not continuously as it leads to cracking down the road, just once in an attempt to blend...but it seems the consensus says heat gun..

might also want to learn how to properly load cargo in a truck.....a $50 hitch mount bed extender could have prevented this

I have a dash cover on my dash. I know some people may not like it but if prevents the dash from getting direct sunlight and cracking, and if I have long boards that run from the front dash to the rear tail gate, i just put it on the dash cover and just dust if off when I am done! No damage to the dash.

EDIT: also, the picture of the scratch looks like it is on the Passenger side air bag module cover. Maybe you can just purchase the cover and not the whole dash? I need to look at my dash when I get a chance...

Don't do anything if you want it fixed right. Get ahold of a furniture repair person or go to a dealership and ask where they have interior work done. Putting random stuff on it will only make it more difficult for the tech. Had a GF who repaired furniture and cars, did incredible work. Would complain about people who did random stuff on their own. Good luck. NO ARMORALL!

Try Spraying some wd40 on a microfiber cloth and rubbing the scratch.
