Scratches are my Fault i guess... Solution?

    Alright here i go..
    on my 08 DC Taco, Alum rims, my step son asked if i needed help detailing the truck.
    Sure , use this SOS pad with water & rub the tires then rinse...
    well it kinda Included parts & on some , the complete aluminum rim...:mad::eek::smack::sorry:

    Now i have scratched up rims. ( when you look real close )
    I look real close . so its a problem.. now what !!! any thoughts folks...?
    Can this be buffed out?

    You might be able to get them to buff out...but he may have scratched the coating on them. Try to sand them down and re-clear coat?? or paint them??
