I was on the freeway at 80mph and a screeching noise started. I had the rear window open and it became loud. No vibration or smell. Any ideas as to the issue?

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Did you look carefully underneath your truck? Perhaps you picked up some road debris.

I used to hear screeching under the bed. But that was when I was 9. LOL

80 mph was your problem. :)

This is almost impossible for us to diagnose without some sort of audio recording or pictures. Also, is this a one time thing or can you repeat it?

Could be pretty much anything. If its persistent, you'll need to troubleshoot. Check cleanliness, followed by bearings, brakes, belts, and fluids.

Sorry I'm late guys, had a flat this morning. Was pulled over changing the tire, next thing I know I'm waking up in the hospital. Doctors say I was hit by a vehicle, and from the looks of the road rash, I was dragged underneath the vehicle for about 2 miles. I remember screaming for the driver to stop, but he only increased speed it seems.

On a serious note, look underneath.
