I’ve been hearing the screeching sound every time I step on the gas and it’s driving me nuts ! Please let me know if you guys have any idea what the problem might be , I’m on a toytect lift ( 4 inch )

( I’m trying to add a video but it says the video dose not have an extension but I have a video of the noise !)

Sounds like it could be the serpentine drive belt for the engine slipping and possibly a worn out pulley for the same.

Honestly I have to laugh at some of these post here.

    O.k. I'll bite

    Maybe its your girl friend?
    How bald are you tires?
Do you check for small children before backing up?
Does your right foot movement cause pain?

Oh well at least its not asking "wut size tire can I run" or cat pictures

Either the Gas doesn't like being stepped on and screeches, or a belt is slipping. Sometimes the belt material gets old, hard and cracked ( like me) and slips , or sometimes a belt guide roller starts to seize and cries out for retirement

Next, after the why did you still neglect me?, comes the inevitable question...
Why does my car crunch, boom, bang

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I’d change out the tensioner bearing and the 2 idler bearings. Good luck.

It would help if you included the year, miles and engine anytime you post problems like this.

Is AC on when this happens. Or all the time? Does the squeal stop once the RPM is up and initial load of acceleration drops off?

A cheap test is to rub some bar soap on the belt and see if the noise changes
