    Baja.

Looks like it was the cab mount all along... from whoever mentioned that before. Just drove home from dealer - about 20 miles - without one noise. They thought it was the door, but turned out not to be.

Just incorrectly torqued. The cab was creaking. Now it's not.

Really not THAT big of an issue. But it sure was a headache figuring it out.

No problems with this truck except for that and a bit of a creaky headliner that got reglued.

Tiny little things. As long as this truck - frame - body - engine - tranny - lasts 200k plus miles I don't give a crap about a headliner and oddly torqued cab mount.

I love the truck. But I guess we'll see how everything else goes as the miles rack up.

Glad you found it. That would be me that mentioned the cab bolt being loose on mine. It was right rear cab bolt.

    hells yes.

Glad you got it. I creaked along for years in my old ford. A couple of the mounts ended up with zero rubber on them before I finally replaced them all. All is good.

    Glad you got if fixed.

You should update the first post so folks don't have to read the intervening 81 posts to find the answer to the mystery.
