i was rooting for the colts the whole way, but i must say that the saints did what had to be done. they earned it, congradulations to the saints.

 

The Colts choke in pressure situations but i was hoping they could beat the saints...o well maybe next year the Browns will win..or the Bengals...seems shitty teams winning the super bowl might start becoming more common

 

So.... I guess it was a great idea to bench the starters for the end of the regular season? You know... because it doesn't matter what your record is as long as you win the big game. Oh wait; I guess you can't take that for granted and should play your ass off all season long -- each and every game. I wouldn't have really cared about who won between these teams, but I think it cheapens the game when you're willing to throw a couple to save your starters.

I feel the same way. Me personally I can't allow myself to lose something to justify winning later. I can understand both points of view but its not in me to lose on purpose or not give my all.

Let me start by saying im 52, and been a cowboy fan since 67. I cant believe i just saw the saints win the super bowl. That had to be one of the best SB's in 20 plus years..

The saints outplayed the colts. the onside kick was a great decision and went as planned, that turned the game around. the better team won.
