We need to know! Sounds like they clearly knew they were totally useless and beyond rebuild (not to mention the ad that Leeper would rebuild). Complete false advertising, and we need to know that there is a buyer beware when buying from this seller. If the ad said, "they didn't work for me so I'll sell them as is", then it is what it is. You should get all of your money back and I'm not sure if you will get any back without outing the seller.

the guy that is doing the rebuild is trent hauber he used to work at icon, he said they're trash, that i'd end up spending a lot more on replacement parts than what the shocks are worth. he said the only thing they're good for is to put them up on the wall for design lol...

Your in luck, I think that's exactly what Mike charges for a ride in his truck. That should convince you to go LT. But that's only for a ride in the truck. The "extra services" are not included but I think Mike is cheap, anyone could afford it.

with the price of shocks.why would you buy used shocks.and another thing,everyone loves 4wheel parts.ya they sell alot of good stuff.BUT.i will never let them touch my 99 prerunner again.my brand new lift went to crap the first day.and they said there was a recall on a part.bushings.not true,i called skyjacker and there are no recalls.just shoddy work!

If they've done it once, they'll do it again. The only way to make sure this doesn't happen again is to say who it is plus they should be banned for fruadulent activity.

If you went to a 5 start resturant and they brought out a hamburger and fries from McDonalds, then charged you full price for a 5 start meal and would only refund half your money you would name names and make sure everyone else knows about it too.

So what's the point in saying someone screwed me, but I don't want to name them. They already prooved that their slime balls.
