Well all be damned... a good dealer and put the "troll" question to bed! Props to you guys for stepping up and helping a customer. Seems to be very rare these days.

Now stay on the board and get yourself some service work in return. Plenty of people on here are looking for a honest dealer to work with.

I just don't believe a dealership would get involved in this internet shitstorm. It really could be the GM of the dealership but I have a hard time believing that Tacomaworld and this thread came up in the OP's negotiations to get his truck replaced.

    Here's how it went down.
"Well I made a thread on tacomaworld.com and they don't think I should get a new truck."
"They are all stupid. Here's the key to a new 2013."

I'm just skeptical, that's all. It could be the GM that OK'd the replacement and if so, props to him, that's a hell of a good job and I wish there were more dealerships like that!

Has to be real! A nameless "GM" says it's completely true and the issues were resolved 1 day after the OP consults tacomaworld, even though it's been going on for 8 months prior to this.

I do agree to a certain extent, but c'mon lets be real, most people out there would rather buy the truck that has no issues, than the one had been worked on, and who knows if there is something else broken or bent and never got caught. At least i would feel that way.

Lol and walmart is not mitsubishi dealership. :p
Also tvs cannot really be compared to vehicles, yours as well as others' lives are involved, if something was to go wrong while being operated. But i get your poing though. :)

Just took a photo in front of both trucks with the OP. And just for the record, we didn't even know about the post when the decision was made to swap it out. Only heard when a member emailed us to see if his story was real. It was a last ditch effort by him to get Toyota's attention and it all happened to take place on the same day. The customer will post the photo later. Go Toyota! Props to all the members and forums out there for Toyota....and Taco's.

Why don't you post your qualifications here also if you are serious? With a plastic spoon in any pics.
