LOL:rofl:. I get emails like this all the time when the customer can't decide between two finishes. I'm positive that timberland mica can pull off either wheel finish. Put up a poll in a new thread and see what you get. If you're considering matte bronze, I think you should go for it.

I am sure that you do! and spend half your day talking to us knuckleheads that go back and forth on the phone... I just ordered my lift today - got the truck last thursday so that didn't take long... this is next... my only fear is that it would remind me of those old subarus from the 80s that were green with gold rims...

Have no fear, when you're ready to place an order, PM me and we'll work out a way so you can see both wheels in person if you want.

Swapped my two spares to lay-flat mode in my bed today. One of which was my SCS wheel and the other was a Pro-Comp extreme. Couldnt believe how many weights were on the pro-comp vs the like 4 that were on the SCS wheel. These wheels balance extremely well with minimal weights.

This 1st gen is running 255/85/16

Center caps are not available and they look a lot better without one. A center cap really changes the look and feel of this wheel design. On my 1st gen, I'm running 285/75/16. If you're truck is not lifted, you will want to stick with 265/75/16.

    But they look so sweet:D.

I bought some wheels f5 I am wanting to put 285/75 16 s on them. Is that possible with a 3 inch lift? Or is cutting needed?

I think it's 5.25 backspacing my stock wheels, it is 0 with the f5s right?

The F-5 wheel has 4.50" of backspacing which translate to +0 offset. You can put 285/75/16 on there with a 3" lift, but I would still recommend you do the cab mount chop mod to achieve the extra clearance in that area. This will require some welding. You will also have to do some plastic cutting with your liner.

If you can weld or have a friend that can weld, contact our vendor here, BAMF, and get a set of his CMC plates. It's a straight forward job and you won't ever have to worry about it again. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you so much for the reply vin, I was somewhat afraid it couldn't be done with 0 offset, phew. Then gasp I could not use your rims ! I would have been bullsh*t

I will post pics when I am installed
