Update for those who have my question.
Just got these mounted, 16x8 -25 offset on BF’s 265/75 on stock suspension on a first gen. Did give me some rubbing at the pinch welds up front behind the plastics but with some minor cutting of the plastic and slight bending on the weld/metal... everything clears with a bit of butt puckering. As far as if I go rock crawling at stock hight, I might need to do more bending if I start tucking wheels.
Absolutely LOVE these wheels though and the lip/poke . Thanks for your help Vin!

K, i know you have a 2wd but explain to me whats with this "centre cap" you have up front.
Why does it look like a custom machine piece you had made?

I hate the look of the dust cap up front, looks stupid..

Sanded down with sand paper. Used some brillo for the fine stuff. Then cleaned thoroughly, taped and painted.

All 4 hubs took about 1hr start to finish (time included jack up up truck and removing wheels)

    20171015_133605.jpg

Yes, my masking job was terrible. But you don't see that when the wheels are mounted.

Honestly not too sure what's behind those dust caps on the 4wd trucks...

    Hmmmm, I see.
Pics look like a custom machined piece of aluminum or somthin..
    Looks good!

Curious to peek behind the caps.
    Thx.

Now you gotta paint those valve stems. I painted em' black.
Couldn't look at em' anymore. Much better.

Having no dust cap/center cap really exaggerates the super deep look of the 17x9 3.5bs

Completely in love and wouldnt change one singe thing with my wheel/tire setup!

Agreed, what does the dust cap prevent "dust" from getting into?
I wheel a lot and like to get muddy...:mudding:

Ha obviously you guys have never had to replace a CV axle then

This is what it looks like behind the dusts cap

You don't want anything to get into this as it will mess up the axle

Well that's what it looks like and since Chad doesn't have CV axles he can have the machined part open to the elements. It does look a lot better than the dust cap I'll agree
