I do, just not on inferno. :notsure:

I do like how @RobP62 's brushed copper looks on his, especially since I have the same tires (just in 285/70/17) and a lift.

You can always find a lift, but those wheels are hard to come by

I agree, and I always tell myself that. The 17" wheel is timeless. There will always be tires for that. They just get better and better. Lifts too, just keep evolving into more selectable attributes. The Ray 10's in that Brushed Copper will never bore me so I am keeping them until someone offers me some price I can't refuse for them.

But, Yea, was just messin. I have no doubt that the community will be able to help when the time comes for me to lift it. I just have to wait a little between mods for the dust to settle. Right now I am working on some cosmetic things. Then I might get into some performance based mods. To prepare for the larger tires and a lift. I love the look of a lifted truck, but I need to justify it. I will rarely off road and the only reason I run the Ridge Grapplers is because of the snow here in Maryland. Either those or Duratracs are all I will run. Well, shouldn't say that. Wildpeak makes a worthy tire. I have run BFGs in the old days and was never happy with them. The tread pattern looks ok now but I prefer these hybrid style tires more. Yes, I'm a poser. Shoot me. LOL. Same way with the lift. I will never need a long travel kit. I will go for something designed to withstand bumps at higher speeds. That's my style of driving.

I really do enjoy living vicariously on here through everyone else's eyes though. There are some serious beauties on here. Yours included.

Got lucky and picked up a in box set of Gunmetal 16x8 4.50"BS off fellow member @phytophthora. I swapped out my rims yesterday( to cheep to get new tires) and this afternoon when to shoot some pics and noticed the paint flaking off from the middle where the hub goes on 2 of the rims. Total bummer but I went out and wheeling anyway. I have email SCS to see what can be done but they still look soo good.

Man, it looks Toyota painted them with the same coded paint they are that close! Nice Job. Pisser about the paint flaking though.

I know I was worried it was going to be too matching but its just different enough. @SCS is saying it "neglect on the tire technician's side" so I guess im going to check out a paint shop to see if they can touch it up or at least stop it from flaking more.

Unfortunately, we see this happen more often than we like. I can say without a doubt that it's from using improper equipment when the tire tech does the balancing. 95% of the time, it's from them using a front cone mounting system where you get metal to metal contact being tighten down onto a painted surface. The tech should have used back coning or even a pin plate adapter. Both methods would have resulted in a scratch free balancing job.

This, and just sliding it onto the balancer shaft with an 60+ pound tire without dragging it on the shaft. With no center cap, there s nothing to hide that.

Well, sucks that installers don't care. It will make ask questions when I need to have new tires mounted.

@SCSPerformance whats the process to get new wheel decals? My f5’s are in need of a refinish, and could use 5 new decals. Thanks.

And in case anyone doesn't know what real customer service is, that is how it is done! So refreshing for an old guy like me to see it's still alive.
