Stock 3rd gen trd pro. I wanted to keep them stock 16 inch size but want the 3.5 bs for that deep look. These seem like theyd poke out much more then stock pro wheels at 13 offset I believe? Really not trying to trim or cut the truck. Any 3rd gens can verify that these would work? Thank you in advance

They’ll poke and you will trim

I don’t know about the 4.5 bs, though

Oh, come on. It’s just a little plastic and maybe a cmc. It also has a lot to do with your tire size/tread

so then the 4.5 bs would require no modifications?

I wouldn’t say that, necessarily. Maybe @SCSPerformance wants to chime in?

I mentioned before, your tire size and tread also play a big factor in how much cutting you’ll have to do. Even some aggressive 265/75r16 tires rub, and they’re stock size!

Run our 4.5" bs option if you're not willing to cut or trim.

Parked next to @Yota_McFly at the dealer yesterday. We’re both on f5’s but he’s 17x8.5 w/4.5bs sitting pretty with no trim or CMC, while I’m 17x9 w/3.5bs and on my second CMC, maxed out 4deg caster alignment, and still rubbing on front plastic (will fix Sunday).

I was warned :) ! I’m stoked though... super solid feel with the extra width.

FWIW the new(?) C-load ko2 285/70 r17’s feel epic. Nice and light on our baby trucks.

Finally ordered my F5's yesterday in Jet Black. Gonna try the 17x8.5 and see how she looks. --Stoked to finally get rid of these Raptors that came on my old 2nd Gen. Feel like I've been wearing jeans with rivets in the back pockets.

I'll post up some decent pics when I get new tires and they're all mounted up!

Aw shucks Chad - thanks! I think my truck want's to be like yours when it grows up. Everyone loves the BFG AT KO2(and they're great tires) BUT my heart is set on Nitto Ridge Grapplers! No idea what size to go for. Still nerding on that.

Heck yes man!!! The Ko2s are so played out IMO and they are basically just the K0 with some updates.

You'll love the ridge Grapplers!! I'll get them in 35s next time.

    Your truck a PreRunner?

Love hearing that, but I've read they wear down quick? -Sounds like malarky to me.
