Those are speed holes. They help the truck go faster.

They do leave really ugly streaks of mud that comes out of them down the side of the truck, but that's the only downside for me.

So are they smashed in there? Local tire shop said I'd need a lift to make these work with the -10 back spacing and 265/70/17's. Any problems at full squish or otherwise?

Had some slight rubbing today folks, think it catches on my bumper at the front of the tire. Running 285/70/17s and they actually sit out farther with the Ray10s than they did with the stock sport wheels and 1.25" spacers. May have to do a little :sawzall:

I know our 2016's are slightly different (2nd gen vs 3rd) and it seems all 2016's posted here have lifts or are the OR that have adjustable bilsteins.

There was a tiny, TINY scratched area on one of my wheels when I received them. The "hair net" had come off during shipping somehow and looks like it got scuffed a tiny bit. Not a huge deal. Here's a rainy day picture with all the mods I did last weekend! 5100s@0+eibachs and 265/70/17 KO2s on Gunmetal. TINY bit of rubbing in reverse at full lock, will be trimming a tiny portion to stop that this weekend. Next up, some debadging, headlights, and grill mods. :)

Are the fake bead ring able to be removed and painted?

I do not believe so. The screws are replaceable, and they offer black for purchase on the website, but I think the ring itself is part of the wheel.
