Ray 10’s should be in on Monday. Ive ordered a set of BFG KO2’s 275/70r17. Any tip to making sure these fit with no rubbing?

275’s? At least some heavy “massaging” of the fender liner. Easiest would probably to add a small lift.

I have 17x8.5 Ray10’s and rubbed with 265/70R17 Falken Wildpeaks whenever I turned hard. Some people simple take the mud flaps off and are fine. I was still rubbing. So I took the heat gun to the fender liner and was able to eliminate 99% of the rubbing. Wifey still didn’t like it and “insisted” I’d order the lift.
Now lifted... no more rubbing. :D

Anyone have pics of how much the 17x9 -38 stick out on a second gen? Im wondering what besides cmc, and mud flap removal I would have to do to run this size.

Kind of a detailing question but sort of specific to SCS wheels. Do yall carry around a rag to soak up the pool of water that forms at the bottom of the rim (the faux beadlock kinda traps it there) every so often, or just use a good product to help protect the paint from constant sitting water? It's rainy season here in Florida and it seems like I'm constantly getting that little pool and having it bake in leaving a nice residue ring behind.

Been debating on if I could use (just because I have it on hand at the moment) that Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic Wax on it to keep it semi protected between washes, or if there's another product yall use that's safe to the paint. Just don't want constant water and Florida sun to kill the finish.

Love these Ray10s, want to protect them.

Looking for opinions whether I should put the matte bronze or matte grey scs ray10's on my 4runner? In 17" . I had black ray10 on my Tacoma but I'm thinking of going different color for my Barcelona red 4runner:annoyed:

That's my first choice, I've searched the web and haven't see any Barcelona red 4runner with bronze Ray's!
