    I currently have 285's on my Stealth 6's. You will have to trim either way. How much and where will depend upon your alignment, the exact measurement of the tires and how much you stuff your tires.

    Unless I'm running the tire calc wrong, the 265 70 16's that came with my OR are almost identical size wise to 265 70 17's. With my lift the stock wheels/tires seem so small...size matters.

    BTW, mentioning girl friend and cousin in the same sentence seems a bit off.

    265 70r17 will have a slightly larger overall diameter than 265 70r16. 265 75r16 would however be essentially the same as 265 70r17 in overall diameter

    Edit :check again, they weren't mentioned in the same sentence (;
