@SCSPerformance have y'all ever done a brushed copper Stealth 6? I never knew you did a machined lip in the past. I'm so torn on what color and size to get. I'm ready to get one, but damn the choices....

I only did a sample set a couple of years back, but it never went into production. I got gun-shy and never went through with it.

So if I start a thread and find 15 buyers we're in business? That should be a cakewalk. Done deal!

    Howdy all,

Is there a special cleaner that's good to use on these wheels. I have had 4 Matte Bronze for a few years and just purchased a fifth for a spare. The new one is about 3 shades lighter. Not sure if the old ones are just darker or road grime. I clean with Mothers when I am washing truck. But maybe not a good enough cleaner.

    Thanks,

    Dan

Our manufacture did change paint supplier a while back and even though the paint formula is the same, the shade did change a little from what we noticed.

Anyone have a picture of matte black on a super white long bed off road? Kinda torn between these and ray10. I had beadlock look rims once before and the water that got stuck inside the lip was very annoying.

    I second this question!

Also cant decide on 16s or 17s. I'm keeping the 265/75 or 265/70 size tire. I don't see the benefit of 285s for a mostly on road truck. The 16x8 with -25 offset kinda scares me, I don't wanna cut anything but will eventually be adding 5100s with 885 coils.

2 more finals to go and I'm ordering a set as a reward, promised myself if I got all As and Bs (which is tough in ABSN), I'd treat myself, anyone have a pic of black on cement sport?

Well I ended up passing and order placed just now! Excited to get these mounted while on winter break. Thanks Vin!

now to decide 265/65 or 265/70 don’t really want to rub but wouldn’t mind the more aggressive look

    Congrats.
265/70 without question. Even at stock height the rubbing is minimal, and easily mitigated with minor plastic trimming/molding.

Yep I'm staying stock, I knew with my rays and my OR on 265/75r16 I rubbed at full lock in reverse or coming into a steep driveway too hot, but otherwise nothing. Cool, just dont want it to look "stuffed"

Been through majority of this thread...thinking about going with the Stealth 6 now since they are a little easier to get a hold of than the Rays. And I do like the cleaner design of no faux beadlocks.

Any pics of bronze on black out there?

Anyone have pics of the stealth 6 in gunmetal on a super white 3rd gen? Can’t decide which color wheel to go with.
