    James is definitely a solid guy, it's just hard to trust the shop when every time they work on her truck it needs to go back at least once to fix the problem.

    Ya he is a great dude, maybe I've just had bad luck there. Just frustrating that things don't get fixed the first time around.. just my own experience, I know plenty of people that take their trucks there with no issue at all, they do good work

    James is a solid guy but he doesn't do most of the work. Some of the guys he has doing the work don't have the same level of expertise (or they don't put in the effort). At least that is the word...

    So... I watched the video. That guy is good. Ha... His name (Bowen) is my son’s name. First time I have seen someone else with that as their first name.
