May have to reset the code. Shouldn't have hurt anything. Sometimes it just makes sensors read funny. I had a corolla I did have a service engine light until the stuff got completely out of it and reset the code with a code reader. Hope it works for you.

I'm about to do my 60k maintenance (going to flush auto trans fluid, change diff oils, engine oil, plugs, etc). Should I do seafoam first?

Or rather, at 60k, would this be needed?

I like the sea foam spray idea. I'm hesitant to go through the pcv line. May do it on my next oil change along with spark plugs.

Don't be afraid of the PCV. I've done it both ways, and IMO the spray is less effective

I've used seafoam from my truck to my boat to my mower. it's not a cure all like Seafoam would like to believe but the cylinder treatments on my family's vehicles have resulted well.

the spray is also convenient for carbureted engines that haven't been started in awhile. I say use it but don't rely on it.

There is to much confusion and possible ways to f up using seafoam it appears to me. I vote just use kreen by kano labs and call it a day. I've ran it for about 50 miles and idle already feels another

Unless you are experiencing any issues, just pour it into your full tank of gas and be done. I am just about to hit 160K miles on my '02 and I decided to treat her to some ethanol free gas and SeaFoam. Happy Bday truck!:D
