Secondary Air Filter removal. More to come hopefully.
Changed out the ol tranny fluid today. Used the machine I get acess to at work. I went through the cooler lines, and from all the reading on here and on BITOG, I went with Dex VI (Valvoline). So lets hope all these posts on here and BITOG are correct and that D6 will work just fine. I couldnt find any Tacoma owner saying otherwise. The reason I went with the Dex VI is because I get it for free, not just trying to avoid the WS fluid. Everything is working great, and the butt dyno says its shifting better... and yes, I checked it at operating temprature.

If you read the work sheet for that fluid it says it can be used but the viscosity is not the same as World Service .
If it was me I'd just pay the diff and get the Toyota fluid. This post is old is your truck still ok ?
