    old thread, but i was recently playing around with an idea for a shirt/sticker and was looking for a font similar to that of the 2nd gen badge, i found that "coalition" is pretty similar in general form, and you can get it pretty close by rasterizing the type, vertically compressing it, and manually modifying glyphs to match. So there's a bit of work to do but it's an ok starting point.

    Looked around some more and Tussilago Heavy is also similar and could be a good starting point
