So today I took off the back right panel were the seat belt is and took out the seat belt and called up my local toyota dealer ask them if I could fix it or if they could they said that the lock mechanism inside the seabelt was fucked and that's why I can't pull on the belt and so I have to buy new seat belt cost around 140 and hope this helps anyone that has a seat belt problem.

    Is this still under warranty?

If it isn't, I'd still call up Toyota and complain. This is a very bad thing to fail, and something that shouldn't fail for a truck that isn't that old. They should cover the cost on this, and they should have a certified mechanic install it back in place.

Call them up and see what they can do for you.
I can understand if the truck is 15-20 years old, but this is ridiculous.

Trust me I did but my truck is a salvage title and I didn't tell them that but when they typed in my vin in there computer they realized that my truck is salvage and when something salvage warranty is gone so I have to buy anything that breaks but I know a guy that works at a warehouse in LA that can get me toyota parts for almost half price (that's wat I call a five finger discount)
