Seat belt latch loose and rattles = FIXED

My paasenger seat belt latch became loose all of a sudden and would rattle if seat belt wasn't on. I found a broken piece of thin tension washer about 1 inch around had fallen out of the cover. Toyota wants you to buy a new latch for washer according to dealer. I could find no referance to it anyware online.

The fix: I went to local Ace hardware and bought a 5/8 thin fiber washer. It's a tiny bit to small so i centered washer with the nut and tightened it down. It trims the washer when you tighten it. removed the excess it trimed off. Lubricated washer with a drop of oil.
Reinstalled latch, it snugs it up but still allows movement.
