    all tore up already
you'd probably shit if you saw an "inspection" required for an aggie registered vehicle.

No one has to justify why they need a seatbelt chime deactivated. and it stands to reason that anyone with the cash/credit to afford one of these trucks, has reached some standard of intelligence, and implicitly understands the fundamental safety function of a seatbelt. It really goes without saying. But your concerns are noted.

No one on a farm needs to explain to you why they get in and out of the vehicle with a frequency that makes nanny-features like seat-belt chimes a day-in-day-out annoyance that is undesirable. The safety of this act was never denied, but rather acknowledged that it was an acceptable risk they were willing to take (not wearing a seatbelt), in the face of FAR MORE dangerous activities like operating machines, scaling silo's, animal husbandry, etc.. that make up the brunt of assumed farm risk. Simply put, not wearing a seatbelt for this particular subset ( farmers) ranks low in the day to day risk category.

The true subject of this thread was the "technical feasibility" of disabling a seatbelt chime noise, and the means to disable it therein, NOT the safety concerns of seatbeltless- vehicle operation.
