Hi, Ihave a 2008 Access Cab.
Seat belt won't pull out. It's all the way in the retractor.

Took door panel off the back door to see if there is any way to un-stuck it.
I have no clue. Both side covers on retractor say do not remove.

Not sure what the two wires going to retractor are for.

    Can anyone help?

I've gone through all the seatbelt posts but none of them helped.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
The wires are the pretensioner connector. They activate in the event of a collision. It is part of the SRS system. You have have the battery disconnected if you plan on working around that.

The automatic tensioner may be seized or jammed. Make sure the truck is on a level surface and attempt to let the belt retract a bit, then slowly pull out. If it is too tight, and the auto-retractor is jammed, then you may need to have it looked at by a dealer. Short of replacing the belt, a safety item such as those are not something to try and play with yourself.
I do not see any current bulletins or recalls regarding seat belt retractors for your truck.

Well, somehow I managed to get it unstuck.
I took the cover off and lifted up a steel ball.
Couldn't get the belt to move so I put it back together
and as I was doing that it became un-stuck. lol

You don't know how glad I was to see that because it had shortened up
a bit more at first and couldn't get it all bolted back in.

Thanks for that PDF. I kinda read it after the fact and I see what those
    wires are for now.

I'm going to be real gentle with the seat belt from now on.
