Seat belts in rear won't budge

    I've read all of the threads related to stuck seat belts. My issue is that both rear seat belts are locked, and won't budge. Could this be related to the SRS, or whatever the locking mechanism is. If it was only one belt, I would suspect there's something wrong with the mechanism, but not both at the same time.
    I'm going to try to roll back one of them today to see if it releases.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated!
