What are the best aftermarket seat covers? And where’s best place to buy them?

Using the word BEST is never a correct question as we all think of things in different ways. Maybe ask in regards to Leather, Neoprene etc etc etc. Your Best I might think is crap so maybe ask about a certain thing like Clazzio Leather Seat Covers? Or Wet Okole Neoprene Seat Covers, or Katzkins

Ok then, best brand, (quality and fits well) with choices of materials! I just know people are usually pretty opinionated in what brands they feel are best. Obviously it’s subjective but I’m hoping to be able find quality covers suggested by members!

I bought seat covers for my f150 and they fit like crap and I was super unhappy with them. Trying to avoid that this time!

I do suggest @Clazzio Leather Seat Covers but that's because I have them.

Avoid Cover King Leatherette Seat Covers. They would not fit on my 2009 Access Cab. They did not have cut outs for the child seat anchors.

what purpose do you want seat covers to serve?

Are you trying to convert to a leather interior? Do you just want to keep your OE seat clean and with reduced wear? Do you get in wet or extra dirty often? Do you want them removable to launder or do you want them more permanent?

    Lots of things to consider.

I want to keep original interior perfect. I didn’t know I could get leather ones and change interior to leather. That’d be pretty cool. Are the leather ones durable and easy to clean, or can/do you treat leather? I obviously don’t know much about choices!

Howdy, a new guy here, just picked up my 2017 TRD Offroad. Looking for seat covers mainly to protect the seats and keep off dog hair. Thanks!

I’ve heard good things about the ones from Downshift Differential Interiors.

Like what has already been said, the companies with the most net positive experience are Wet Okole, Clazzio, and Katzkin. A lot of people really like the Carhartt seat covers too.

Coverking, Caltrend, etc are all a mixed bag.

I had Wet Okoles for the front for a while and really loved them. They have some extra foam sewn in so add some plushiness to the stock seat. I have coverking ballistic covers for the rear and they are lackluster but only function to protect my rear seats and I got them on eBay for a steal so I'm happy with them, but I'd never run them for front seats.

I have Carhartt covers in mine. They were around $400.

It really depends on how you use your truck. I do a lot of outdoorsy shit and that kind of thing, so I decided to not get leather ones. Depends on the person and usage habits.

My vote is for clazzio. But I'm a bit biased. Lol. I love mine.

I have had clazzio wet okole and ruff tuff... I HIGHLY recommend ruff tuff with their cordura type covers.

The wet okoles wore a hole in the driver side where I kind of "slide" out of the truck after a couple years of use as well as random other holes elsewear from who knows what... The cordura material allows you to slide in and out of truck without dragging the seat cover with you. They also have built in Molle panel on the back of seats

The Clazzios are nice if you dont do alot of camping, or other general truck use (dump runs, hunting, etc..)

Picture of Ruff Tuff taken after a year of use, they have never been cleaned besides vacuuming and I am very hard on them (probably 30+ nights out of truck camping, lots of days hunting, few spilled beers etc...)

Anyone have experiance with the side seat airbags and how seat covers affect them? I think the Carhert covers have some velcro on the side that is ment to give if the bags off. My seat covers are stitched and have no seam to let loose if the bags off.

Are the bags powerful enough to power thru seat cover stitching? Anyone have any actual real experience with this?
