I'm looking in to those TRD seats right now but also not sure what the "proper code" is for these...

No need to take the seats out, it's better that they are still mounted for when you're pulling the covers on. It took me a little under 3 hours to install, but i had left my truck out in the sun with the covers sitting in there to warm them up nice an good.

I can't decide which way to go???? Clazzio or Katzkin? In the meantime I wanted something temporary and cheap. I finally found something to fit the bill. Seat Armour SA100TOYB. They are essentially beach towel material with cut outs for the head rests. I just throw them on when I'm working outside, off-roading, camping or know I'm gonna get sweaty. This will buy me a little time to make up my mind. They were $27 each on Amazon.

Style isn't for everybody but I got this front pair for $45 using the make an offer feature on eBay. My back seats are covered with a dog hammock so this was a great solution for me without outrageous costs. Perfect for me to sit on with dirty work gear and fart on.

i recently purchased a set from Autozone. not sure how to run the mounting straps through the back of the seat. there is no room for your hand and it seems there are wires in the way that control either the seat belt warning or the air bags

    any ideas?
