These have been great. Just a personal note, I had to back WAY off on the lumbar support after installing. It took some fiddling over the course of a week but once I found the sweet spot longer drives have been much more comfortable.

Can you please explain what and how it has improved your seating comfort. How tall are you?

I also have this problem. Am 6ft tall.
Within 20 minutes of driving the backs of my knees are achy and sore from a lack of support. I have never experienced this before in any other vehicle.
The Tacoma seat is much shorter than all of my other vehicles.

I have a 2022 OR with the power seat and no configuration helps.
Are there any foam or cushion extensions that can be attached to the front of the seat?

My tail end also hurts after a while like others have stated. The seat is very narrow. If you have wide hips or legs, the side seat vertical supports that "cradle" you are uncomfortable.

I'm halfway seriously considering an aftermarket seat...

I have a scrap piece of memory foam mattress topper (2" thick) in a pillowcase that I sit on while doing long drives to help with the sore butt issue. It's a little janky, but it works for me and it's not like it's a daily thing. I also have the Desert Does It seat jackers and those helped with some leg/hip pain issues I had previously.

edit to add- @GoldCamper idk how deep you've looked into replacing seats, but uh, from what I've seen it's not worth the bother. I briefly entertained that thought and (almost) as soon as I realized the airbags were I was like NOPE. Better off spending the time and money having your seat reupholstered by a local place if seat jackers aren't the right fix.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
X3 these little spacers did the trick. Tacos seats are just too flat, and no matter the shape of your ass or consistency, you get no support.

Sure the little maybe the a little pricey, but your ass will thank you. Mine did ;)

I’m the same height as you and the the same problem. Removing the pressure plate from the lower back fixed my leg pain.

I regularly drive 12-14 hours straight. Find a setting in the that makes you comfortable. When you begin to feel stiffness or discomfort change the setting until the pressure points change and you find relief. This may extend your comfortable time behind the wheel. It does mine.... I have never had a seat that after a long drive does not become uncomfortable. It is the lack of movement for me as much as the seat shape and comfort. Having said that..... At every gas stop (gas or need) move a lot, stretch, get the blood moving. I even will do jumping jacks or similar. This also helps.
