From extensive trying and looking at competitors I don't know how Toyota could have packaged the differences much better than they have. This is really pertinent for those of us with traditional light truck needs because the 6'2" long bed is SO nice against the mid and full-sized models with the often no good 5 and 5.5 ft beds. Even non-hybrid models with long bed make the Tacoma really great for not having to drive a full-sized model yet get what used to be their realm of capability.

My only point of concern here is wondering if the OP here selling seat jackers has had the vehicles re-tested with them in either or both of the IIHS or NHTSA crash tests because the seats and passenger compartment ingegrity are long-running or well known points of failure in bad accidents. In my case the 4th gen achieving top safety pick was vital for deciding to get it.

Wow. This thread was dumb enough, then you added homophobia. Congratulations.

This is a judgement free zone. Foundation, moisturizers, stevia, or sleep socks are totally fine.

Hydrogen peroxide or a bleach solution with lots of towels beat those pesky people with their shiny badges and luminol.

We all know what comments like “purses are getting bigger” in response to questions about truck storage needs are intended to say.

I'm not selling Seat Jackers, I'm just showing what it did for me, I'm just a Tacoma enthusiast in East TN and can't wait to hit WindRock soon when I can get some time off.

    Okay.

The joke is that women carry purses. Therefore, if “purses are getting bigger,” we are associating men who carry things inside their trucks with behavior that commonly codes as “womanly” or “feminine.” This is intended as a way to insult men, by casting femininity as a bad thing that men should not do. Historically, doing so comes from a social-level acceptance of homophobia and an association of male homosexuality with femininity.

    but you knew all that.

I really like layer of nougat topped with caramel and peanuts, all wrapped in milk chocolate. I like lots of them readily accessible under the seats, on the seats and in any storage space.

    Not bad.

But that last sentence is a long long stretch for this crowd.

Based upon your assessment of the 4G and the men who drive them. The 6G 4Runner is a fanny pack on wheels.

With seat jackers, you can fit lots of dubai chocolates in the truck.

Can you link me to my assessment of the men who drive the 4g?

Was it men in general? The joke about pursues and femininity I associated with 4Gs for no other reason than I thought that was the topic. I reread and no you made no such claim for me to point out.

Think Toyota moved all the storage area to the bed of the truck. I keep all my shit there.

I installed these on my 4th Gen. They are only spacers with longer bolts. Work great. I would recommend them in a second. (6'6" dude here - now REALLY comfy.)

    1. "only spacers and longer bolts"? Longer moment arm means increased shear force on those components. How much engineering went into these?

    2. I'm 6'0" and my seat is all they way down in the back, only slightly elevated up front, and my head is almost touching the headliner. Maybe it's because of the moonroof or maybe you're all leg?
