I'm 6' with a 34" inseam. I have a 2005 single cab base model 4x4 with the bench seat, which is non-adjustable (except fore-aft) and feels like sitting in a pew. I know there's a hack to change the seatback angle, but thought I'd try this first. It seems like this will do the same thing, but also provide more thigh support (which is nonexistent). Haven't seen many people talk about using these on bench seats, but the website says one pair will do it. Ordered them yesterday.

Had same question and went with the front only. Perfect thigh support and I assume adding the backs would have lessened that support.

I put them in mine and I like them. My wife lowers the front of the seat when she drives it. I'd say try it, it's cheap and easy to install!
I installed only the front ones! It doesn't make much sense to me, to do back ones too!

I tried them, went on a 3 hour ride and my right leg was in pain from the added pressure to the under thigh. i couldn't take it i removed them and returned.

Just curious. What pain were you having that lead you to buy them?

I wasn't having much pain, but rather long 3 hour drives i noticed my butt would kind of start to go a bit numb / uncomfortable feeling. so I figured I would give them a shot, just didn't work out for me and made a new worse problem.

Seat Jackers - So you can get the Carolina Squat feel without having to look like an idiot. It's pure genius.

    Seat Jackers are functional though.

The softness, or the lake thereof, of these seats really sucks.

I think they are good but not the holy grail that some people make them out to be. There is a hefty "your mileage may vary" disclaimer that needs to go with these. People leaving reviews need to leave their height, weight, and gender in the review - and if they have manual or electric adjustable seats.

I'll bet if you ran a survey you'd find that:
    Males
    Taller than 6'1"
    Heavier than 240lbs
    with automatic seats
Don't care for them as often as other people do.

Now as soon as I say that, someone who is 6'6" and 380lbs is going to say he loves them. Sure. Some will but I think there is a niche that Seat Jackers are more inclined to make customers happy. And just because they aren't for me doesn't mean they aren't for you (the greater general public you).

I like mine. But I did find the fronts alone to be too high and added 1/2 inch spacer in the rear to take the edge off. I have an SR with manual seats.

People who get seat jackers have manual seats? Not sure it would be worth getting for power seats because I can raise them up with the switch.

Gave them a go and a rather startling improvement for my single cab bench seat. My first thought was that it felt like a car. Thigh support is just how I like it, and funnily enough it's the first time I noticed the side bolsters in the bench. Maybe the back is a touch sloped for my personal preference, but overall I think this will be a significant improvement. Will have to confirm on a longer drive. Wife also got in and pronounced it now fit for human habitation.

minor, TRD skid plate, front recovery points, Regken mud flaps, rear diff breather, AC drain pipe extended. Upgraded sound with active sub woofer, tonneau cover, CB radio.
I install them (6',200 lbs, manual seat, manual transmission). Have a ride to work (1/2 hr), pain in the lower back.
Took them out, this stock seat fits me as-is. This mod not for me.

I’m 6’3 200lb, always got horrible lower back pain and my heels went numb after driving my truck for more than 30 minutes. Installed the seat jackers and my thighs feel way more supported and no more issues on long drives. worthwhile if you have long legs I think

OME up front, Dakar in the back, Elite front bumper, Warn winch, Tactical rear bumper with tire swing/jerry cans/hi lift, Revenge Fab. sliders, Tundra brakes, Camburg UCA's, Safari Snorkle, FJ TRD wheels, Lights, CB, Switches, skids, LED's... OH MY!
As someone who experiences neck pain on longer drives (in my '18 tacoma only) and also wished I could see over the hood a little better (5'10" + hood scoop).... the seat jacker + all the positive reviews definitely caught my attention. One question I had was wouldn't the addition of the rear spacers for better/higher visibility negate the benefits of the jacker in the front?

From what I understand yeah it will level it out with the back spacers. I’m about to purchase 2 pair for the drivers and passenger. Anyone have a coupon code ?
