    I've looked quite a few posts on the forum about the seat jackers but most of those seem to be based on the bucket seats. I have the basic Tacoma with the straight bench. Does anyone know if the jackers will work on that, or if perhaps I should get some sort of shim made or do you have another suggestion? That seat is just too damn up-and-down and flat for me. Thank you.

    The ones @EasyDoesIt makes aren't necessarily compatible, but I know he reached out to a customer to see if they'd help determine if they would work. You could send him a message.

    @DKbik3r

    The above user confirmed that they do fit on 2nd gen bench seats.

    Maybe he can provide some additional feedback but otherwise you are good to go.

    I have an updated my product listing yet but he assures me they work. Which is not surprising because Toyota would never change the floor pan or seat mounts.

    How many front feet does the bench seat use? 2 or 4?

    Pretty sure you can use two at a time (split bench) but will need four if you want to lift the entire bench.

    I'm hoping @DKbik3r chimes in here.

    I have the full bench, 4 mount points but I think just two in front are what makes sense, loosen the back to allow the tilt and then tighten up everything.

    Yeah, if you have two mount points in the front then just get two. I wonder if it's as drastic of an improvement on the bench as it is for the buckets.

    Well, if you end up switching to bucket seats, you'll already have some seat jackers if you go OEM :thumbsup:

    Have to give a testimonial for the Front Seat Jackers from Desert Does It. Easy to install, well made product that made a significant difference in the seating position. Very very happy with the purchase would suggest them to anyone even if they have the bench seat in a base Tacoma with 5 speed like me
