I installed the front seat jackers and I’ve noticed I sit more comfortable now. I did have to readjust the seat because the front was higher. Also noticed the back of my knees are on the seat instead of hovering above it. On the down side, seeing traffic lights is slightly difficult but I just duck down a little. It’s not the seat jackers fault, it how Toyota designed the windshield and how I sit.

I’m 6ft have them on the front of my seats and they fixed my issues 100%. I now lean a bit back and like Tacomike18 said my legs are now in contact with the front of the seat way more comfortable. Plus I have a moonroof so it gave me more headroom as well.

I'm the same height as you and I love them. I spend several hours in the truck on a daily basis. After install it's like you're sitting in a different truck. More support, more comfortable even the bolsters feel better. As Madkatt stated I also lean back a little more now, not a gangster lean, just a bit more and it feels good. For me the issue with stop light visibility only happens when the light is over the intersection where you are stopped at and you happen to be the first vehicle.(it's directly over the truck) I hope that makes sense. No visibility issues when the stop lights are on the other side of the intersection. I have an install and a gear set up video on my channel in case you are interested.

Our 2021 has a power driver's seat, but I put front seat jackers on the passenger seat. Makes that seat much more comfortable on longer drives. Worth every penny!!!!!

I bought a set of them a couple of months ago and installed. I found them to be a little too much for me. I even tried to lift a rear of the seat a bit to see how that worked and I ended up feeling like I was too close tot he roof. I am about 5'-9". I really like the product but it just as not for me.

I'm 5'9" as well. Have he powered seat, but adding both the front and back made a big difference for me. A lot more comfortable driving now.

Just ordered these and they should be here by Monday. I can't wait to put them on, and I'll be reporting here how I find them.

I like them but found them to be a little too tall. I machined them down and I believe they are now closer to 7/8" tall (it's been a while). Consensus with the wife is they are better a little bit shorter than the full height.

I’m 6’3” and put them on the front of the drivers seat. Really helped the comfort for me but as soon as some unspecting neighbor buys a taco with power seats I’ll swap out seats!:anonymous:

Pulled the trigger and threw them on a bout a month ago and while its a steep price for a piece of aluminum I will say i think it was worth it. now its not just my butt that's carrying the weight of my body but my full hamstring which takes the strain off my butt and it doesn't fall asleep anymore after 2+ hrs of driving.

You do notice the height when getting in and out of the truck which can get annoying but its a tradeoff I can live with.

I'm 5'10". Put a set on the driver's seat. Mainly because I didn't like how low I seemed in the cab. Had to add the one inch spacers on the back to balance things out cause it felt I was in a lawn chair watching an Apollo Blast off at Cape Canaveral. It does place me pretty high up in the cab which is not ideal. Funny story, have a buddy who is large built and 6'3". He always said he couldn't wait to buy a Tacoma which is his dream truck. Had never driven in one before. Well I let him drive mine one day and them seat jackers had him jammed in to a point where he could barely squeeze in and his skull was kissing the cab liner. His head had to be cocked to one side when he drove. He was dumbstruck saying, "Damn I never knew how compact these things are. I could never buy one of these." Hot damned if them seat jackers didn't completely turn him off to the thought of buying a Tacoma. I bit my lip not telling him about the seat jackers thinking the whole thing was a gas and it was all I could do to hold back from snickering. Bastard still thinks it was a stock setup. He later went out and bought a F150 twin turbo shit box. Never thought the dude was cool enough to be driving the same truck as me anyway. Crazy part is his rig has twice the power and gets better gas mileage than me. Guess he bitch slapped me in the end.

Of course and my commutes consist of 30-50 daily drives. I can't wait to feel the difference, the stock seats tire me out in longer trips.

I just ordered a set of rear seat jackers from Desert. I'll share my experience once they come in.

Here are my thoughts after 30 days of use... Wow, what a difference.

I'm no longer aching after a meager 45 min drive. It does take some getting used to. But it's all for the better. After a week of use, the seating position feels like second nature and how it should have been from the factory since they first rolled out in 2015. Leg support is great, and it also alleviates the lower back stress.

Overall, this is a must have addition to your tacos. Now if you have the power seat, maybe not for you.

I'm also considering adding it to the passenger seat, just not immediately.
