I don’t think it’s fair to compare adding a booster pillow to altering the seating hardware.

I’m 5-11 and feel like my legs are too close to the floor. I feel like when using cruise control, my gas pedal foot just can’t get comfortable. Also the undersides of my knees are raised up off the seat. I’ve adjusted the power seat every possible way but just can’t quite get comfortable so I am ordering these to see if they help

    None yet...
Question? For those that have installed the front seat jackers. Do you guys feel it’s necessary to purchase the rear seat ones as well or was the front enough?

no, i feel the seat would be too high with the rear jackers and the angle would be more like oem.

I added both and it worked great. Seems to vary from person to person if it helps or not.

I am 5'8 I just put the rear jackers in to help with back pain and to see a bit more over the hood. Works great

Had the seat hackers installed on front driver seat for a little over a month. I’m 5’11 190lbs. Steering wheel is telescoped all the way out and all the way up.

I absolutely love this mod and it has been a major upgrade in my comfort and enjoyment of my truck. Even with power seats I couldn’t get the leg support and relaxed seating position I wanted. It took a day or two of getting used to and playing with the power adjustments and dialing things in but I would never go back. I honestly haven’t noticed any difference getting in and out of the truck. Seat jackers worked great for me.

Curiosity got to me and I purchased the seat jackers and installed them yesterday. I am similar height and weight and like you, really like this product. The seating position is much improved and the truck and driving experience even feel different, in a better way.

The only small downside for me is my legs touch the steering wheeling getting in and out of the truck. It is not an issue getting in but for some reason I do have a harder time getting out of the vehicle. My steering wheel is adjusted all the way up and out. I'll have to play with the adjustments in the coming days and see if I can fine tune the position.

    Great mod and recommend.

Any comments or experience with different height drivers. Manual seat.

Me and the other most common driver are 5’10-11”, but two less common drivers are 5’1-2”, and know one doesn’t like not being able to see well over the hood.

My wife is 5’ 5” and it took some getting used to but she likes having the front of the seat lifted.

I am 5'7" and have to duck into the front seat with the jackers installed. While I like the seating position, I have to find a place to put my hat now..

I think these would be great. One question. Are they safe?? Ive seen some comments against using them but all comments i've seen are from internet "experts" they talk about trajectory of body in case of an accident, airbags, etc.etc. what are your thoughts?

I don't think it would make any diff. at all in case of an accident unless the bolts are crap.
