8D5F9636-92F0-4291-A821-B10C642FD6F3.jpg Well, I know this is a long shot and I have already looked at all of the bench seat to bucket seats conversions posts and still need assistance. I have an 2009 bench seat (airbags) that I have taken out and have put 2010 buckets seats in (also airbags). You would think that it would be plug and play; and it was for the driver side. The passenger side is a different story! The airbag plugs are the same but the other plugs are different. I have most everything figured out except for 3 wires on the truck side. Anybody have a schematic or a pin out for the following plug under the passenger seat? Need to know what the purple wire is, what the lite green wire is and what the dark green wire is.

Are you showing the replacement harness (separate seats) or the bench harness? I can't find that 10 pin connector in reference to the seats...

The 10-pin connector pictured above is the connector under the bench seat. Here is a photo of the 6-pin connector attached to the bench seat. If I can figure out the wires I can just splice them together and should function. Of course it is always a challenge when trying to match up 10 wires to 6 wires. 481F2543-A6C9-41AD-AA01-F493196DB798.jpg

There's more to it..the SRS system is simplified for the Bench but for the bucket seats they add a occupant classification ECU...

I think I just about have it figured out thru some trial and error and some good, old fashioned troubleshooting.

Hey there I realize this is an older thread but I am doing the same installation in my 08 and was wondering if anyone had figured out those exact 3 wires from the original bench seat? The purple, dark green and light green wires. I was curious as to what anyone may have tied these into.

Thank you very much!! This has been an on going project and that airbag light is a real let down when inspection time comes around.

I have 2009 Tacoma regular cab with bench seats. I purchase bucket seats from a 2013 Tacoma. I installed the driver seat with no problems. The harness plugged right in.
I am in the same situation with the passenger side harness connections. The 2013 seat has 6 pin connector and the 2009 has 10. I have identified the 6 wires, but I have a lt green, dark green, violet wire that I do not know where they go. I noticed the post above but, it was not mentioned what was done with the 3 wires?
The same problem The 67 Beast had.

Thought I found another thread that said you have to take the bench seat cover off and change the seat sensor into the passenger seat. Have not found that thread this morning.

On the passenger side, I took the wiring harness out of the old bench seat, wrapped cable ties around it, plugged it in and laid the bundle under the passenger seat.
