seat won't lean forward

    Magnaflow muffler, push bar, 3 inch lift kit, 31 inch tires,icon rims15x8, black mess grill,32inch light bar
    So today I was trying to get my gun case out from back of the seat and it would not move it felt like it was sticking on the other side so I switched sides and same problem. Has any one had this problem? I got it open finally and when I moved the seat all the way forward I found a spring on the floor.(driver side). Any help on how to repair or if u had this problem as well.
