    Color:
only RED and BLACK at this time.

Compatibility: After some modifications early on and a ton of testing with my latest version, there hasn't been a make or model out there that it doesn't work with, even non-Toyotas!

    Background:
I originally created these custom 3D printed seatbelt chime silencers for my 2nd Gen Tacoma.

A few other TW members asked for a set and have enjoyed them for offroading, parking their trailer, carrying heavy items or dogs in the passenger seat, or for any other time they're frequently in and out of their truck. Thought it was only fair to offer them to the greater TW fam.

I make these in batches so there may be a slight delay when ordering.

*For off-road/private property use only  And I'm not responsible for any injury/damage you cause if you forget to keep your hand over it when you ejecting!

Thanks for helping a 4th Grade/Maker Space teacher justify his obsessions/hobbies
    Nate

X2 For the Taco in red. Have you tried in a Tundra yet? (Then I'd want 2 more)

I haven’t tested a Tundra yet, but Toyota often uses the same buckles across all models. What year Tundra? I have two different Gens in my neighborhood I could test. Take a look at the back of the buckle to see if the numbers match.

Set ordered! I can't wait to use these. I can't tell you how many times I have to battle with that GD chime working in the woods with my truck driving from spot to spot.

When did they get rid of the code to disable it? My 2010 has a sequence that you do to disable it in the ECM.

I didn't think they did. I just get sick of putting in the codes every time I disconnect my battery to work on my truck.

I plug in a power source into the OBD port each time I change a battery or clean a battery cable. I've probably only had 3 times that I've lost power to the ECM or radio in 12 years.

Or you can have the dealer disable the sound for you. Mine did it for free.

Not all dealers are willing to do it. I brought mine in (with my dog in the passenger seat), and asked nicely due to the dog. They refused, claiming liability. I get it.

    Nice product, @AdrenaliNate

My understanding is it went from being a "sequence to disable" to a "techstream option to disable" sometime in the Gen2.5 years. My 2015's chime can't be sequence disabled.

Big batch headed to the Post Office right now! Shipped a few earlier this week. Be on the lookout, yours will be arriving soon. Thanks for the support!

Don't forget to post pics of your seatbelt delete in action! (on private property of course :D)

The carista Bluetooth dongle allows you to change a whole load of options and one of those is to eliminate the seatbelt chime. (at least in the 3rd gen)
I also use the dongle for OBD fusion.

Updated the original post with new compatible models. I made a slight redesign to my 3rd Gen insert that makes it compatible with all models and years from what I can tell so far. I still have a few older generations and model that I need to confirm.

Thanks to all those who have ordered. I just finished making a new batch, so let me know if you're interested. These have been wildly popular with the 3rd Gen crowd. They've been keeping my busy!

FYI, started doing a small run of black if anyone is looking for a set of stealth inserts. Got a couple big orders this week...either someone is planning ahead as stocking stuffers, owns a of Toyotas, or just knows they tend to lose things :p Either way, you guys rock!
