Had a friend ask me if I could go to the store with him yesterday so he could pick up some drinks. He said he needed someone with a truck because they might not fit into the trunk of his civic. Being the good friend that I am, I agreed to go.

Apparently Pepsi was on sale Buy-one-get-one.

    Fun Fact:
A Second Gen Tacoma with a shortbed can fit roughly 190 2 litre bottles of Soda in the bed.

What are the fun/interesting things you have found out about your truck, or what it can do...

    +1

They must drink a LOT of soda to make buying that much shit in bulk worth it. Unless they plan to sell it or something? And that seems like a pretty sorry game...

If only you could figure out a way to inject a mento into each bottle simultaneously, I bet you could get an extra 50 or so HP for a good ten seconds. :D

I can't remember how much I had but did a fund raiser for my step-daughters hs band. Figured out it was somewhere around 400lbs and was almost on the bump stops. I couldn't believe that squatted the truck that much.

    $1.59 each

Bill was like $80 for 100 bottles. I worked out the math to find out I could fit the other 90 in the bed...The 100 bottles weighed about 425lbs.

Well, They do drink a lot of soda. They're a family of 5, and thats all they drink...usually about 2 bottles a day for the whole family...still, this is a two month supply.

At 4.56 lbs per two liter bottle, that's 866.4 lbs of cola and bottle. What's our bed weight rating again?

That's $0.80 a bottle. Not worth it. Club card price at Ralph's is sometimes $0.59 per bottle, and every day price at Stater Bros. is $0.79. On Black Friday, you can get $0.50 per bottle.

Also, THEY NEED TO DRINK SOMETHING ELSE OTHER THAN SODA.

Seriously, I feel gross just having half a can sometimes, and that's only once or twice a month at most.
