So I figured this would help someone because it took me a few tries to get this to work. I had my new wheels and tires mounted and road force balanced and the dealer wanted $135.00 to relearn my ECU to the new sensors! HIGHWAY ROBBERY! So I purchased the Autel TS508 and proceeded to do it myself.
Here is the key to making this work.........I found this info in a Toyota Sienna forum .
It has to do with the spare tire.....hope this helps someone else! Once I did this it took about 30 seconds to relearn. I am running two sets of tires, Summer and Winter and there is no way I am paying $135.00 every time I swap them.

Autel TS508 is a very cost-effective tool with complete TPMS function, which allows us to no longer pay for the workshop to complete the TPMS function.
