Has anyone had a second spiral cable go bad and had it fixed under the safety recall?

I looked up my vin # and theres nothing there for the spiral cable.
I replaced the original years ago and got reimbursed by toyota so I guess this one is out of my pocket.

Just thought I'd ask before I call the service dept tomorrow.

    Spiral cable aka clockspring.
Under the steering wheel, its a wound up ribbon cable that connects the airbag, horn, cruise control and other controls on the steering wheel if u have them.
