Second SS hose leak

    Honestly, I don't think a minute leak is a bad thing. It will allow enough time for any condensation that forms in the tank and lines to evaporate and be carried out with the air. If the air is never allowed to escape (or is released right away) the condensation only builds up and has to be removed manually.

    I've purposely screwed the lines on mine only so tight just for this reason. It takes a couple days for things to fully depressurize.

    I build automatic car washes with quite a few moving components and use this line/fittings to get air/chem mixtures out to the bay and we see very few failures. And like I said it's insanely easy to patch if you have 2 couplers and a small piece of tube on hand. With the variety of couplers you can get the routing however it works best for your application. I reccomend the food grade grey fittings over most as they seem to have the lowest failure rate compared to all the others I have worked with.
