Well this is going downhill fast.

Street parking a vehicle at the height of a Tacoma in CA is asking for cat theft. I hate saying that, but it’s true. Protect the cat with a guard, go buy a Corolla, or find secure parking.

It's not.
If a crook looks under your truck and sees a good cat shield (or a full-coverage skidplate, as I intend to do), he's gonna go find an easier target rather than deal with trying to get around it.

But I guess if you want to go ahead and give up cat #3...
