Yes photos of the snow from under the truck. The toyota mechanic that was doing the diagnosis took the photos which was the same person who accused me and asked me how long I was stuck in the snow for.(I was never stuck in any snow)

What makes you skeptical about me entire story. When I get the paperwork ill post it.

there is no paperwork from toyota. Im not sue what you guys even mean by that. The only paperwork toyota has ever given me was the invoice that has the bill, list of parts, diagnostic report... I posted the paperwork from the first trans failure already...

Nothing in writing from Toyota...a transmission that is almost brand new failing and being denied by toyota it seems far-fetched.

Well that is the truth. They wouldn't treat this any different from any other transmission failure. the only reason corporate toyota is involved is because we contacted them after the dealer told us no warranty. now corporate toyota is not covering either.

Been watching this, I will also say that this sounds like B.S. I drove my 2012 through a State full of snow in 4 wheel drive and it got me back to CA flawless. I say show us proof.

The dealership your truck is at requested that the dealership where your original transmission was replaced to pay for the transmission .
Are they not admitting here that there is an issue they are not telling you ?

If this were my truck , I think it may be worth it to source another dealer immediately .
No codes ? extremely doubtfull . Truck is still driveable ? Take it for a test drive and run a computer scan when the problem occurs

If there is no paperwork from Toyota, then you should be telling us about how you got a 3rd transmission and you hope it will last more than 2000 miles. If Toyota has not provided you with paperwork showing why the claim has been denied then this is an interesting fib you are telling us.

the biggest issue with this entire situation is that I am the person who drives the truck and I go to school in NC but live in NJ where the truck is now. I am in NC so my dad has been dealing with this since I left. they have not given him any form of a report or paperwork from toyota. they have told us three times from three different levels of toyota, starting with the dealership up to higher in corporate. this is no fib trust me

it has been over the phone. we could sue toyota and most likely win because of these things they have not provided and what not. but it is cheaper to just pay for a new trans then sue them

If you've actually done nothing wrong there should be no need to pay for a new transmission out of pocket. If you take it to another dealership and they deny you because corporate has black listed your truck on transmission claims then there should be a log of the issue and why they deny your claim THUS the PROOF of why it is being denied. Otherwise new transmission. :yay:

Yes, the writeup from Toyota, it will be a legal document from them in case you take them to court. Post it up. Don't be afraid.

thats the thing. THIS transmission was not beat on or Abused in anyway ever. But other times in the past there have been things broken like brakes and other things that have broken due to off-roading. The first transmission could have failed due to off roading or something but again it starting slipping while on the road just like the second time. I still think it is something else causing the transmission to slip. but toyota does not they claim it was the snow that caused this one to fail. they never gave me a reason as to why the first transmission failed either.
If that blacklisting thing is real then I might be on that list.

You would receive a form letter of denial and it would read something like this:

    I appreciate your help.

If those documents are the same as the invoice sheet that they give me all the time they are no help to me
