I got the valve stuck open code today on my 2010 2.7 Tacoma I was wondering if it is possible to spray something in it to get rid of the carbon build up or just spend the $100 and by a new one ?

You can take it apart and try to clean it but they are usually too far gone, worth a shot though.

Check the blower on your secondary air pump. If the filter deteriorates, it can jam up the plastic "fins" and those I believe can jam open the valves. It will be pretty obvious if some fins are broken.
